Question:

How do I log into my ILL account?

Our answer:

Your ILL account is separate from your FSU Libraries account, but you can still use your FSU credentials to log in. You can log in by following this link: ILLiad Account Login.  To see how you can access your ILLiad account from the Libraries' website, follow the steps below.

Start by going to the FSU Libraries homepage (lib.fsu.edu) and clicking the "Find and Borrow" icon.

At the top of the "Find and Borrow" page, locate the golden square for "ILL Search." In that same box, click the link "Request ILL and other options."

If you have not registered for ILL, it will prompt you to complete registration. Once registration is complete, your ILL account page will load, and it will look like this:

From here you can download requested digital items, confirm due dates for materials, and request renewals. You can also confirm that items have been returned by checking on the status of your requested items.

To see what the statuses mean for items on your account, follow this FAQ: What is the status of my active ILL Request?
