Question:
Our answer:
You are able to view information for past materials you've requested in your ILLiad account by logging in and clicking "Request History." ILLiad does purge request history over time, so you will not have a complete record of all ILL requests.
If you are unsure how to log in, follow the steps from this FAQ: How do I log into my ILL account?
Once logged in, your login screen should look similarly to the screen below, with a list of options at the top, and then a view of your current requests:
To view past requests, click "Request History." This will open a drop-down menu with options to view all of your past requests.
Clicking "All Requests" will give you a view of all of your ILL requests, whether cancelled, filled, or completed.
Clicking "Cancelled Requests" will only show requests that were cancelled.
Selecting "Completed Requests" will only show filled requests that are completely closed and returned. Items that are still checked out, or in the process of being returned to the lending library won't show up here, since they are not complete.
By selecting "Notification History" you can see all past communications that ILLiad has automatically sent you. This includes pick-up notifications, renewal requests, and notices about almost due and overdue materials.
You can also search past requests by selecting "Search Requests" from this drop-down.
When searching, make sure you choose the correct search option.
Selecting "Search only active requests" will only search your request history for materials with open active requests. excluding requests that are completed or cancelled.
Selecting "Search all requests" will search all of your ILL request history, regardless of status.
