Q. Where do I pick up my ILL and UBorrow items?

ILL requested articles and book chapters delivered electronically will be available to view and download in your ILLiad account. You will receive a notification in your FSU email when your item is available. Please note that access is limited to 30 days after delivery, so make sure you download your article or book chapter as soon as possible!

Physical ILL materials may be retrieved from the Pickup Location you specified when you registered in ILLiad. UBorrows will be available at the location specified when you submitted your UBorrow request in OneSearch. Full details will be sent to you when you are notified that the item has arrived.

Current FSU faculty members, graduate students, and staff with registered departmental office pick-up and drop-off locations may register for the Library Express Delivery Service (LEDS) to have ILL and UBorrow items delivered to their department offices.
