What are the technology and equipment check out policies?

The Tech Desk @ Strozier and the Scholar Support Desks at Strozier, Dirac, and Engineering offer a variety of technology and equipment for FSU students, staff, and faculty to check out. FAMU/FSU College of Engineering students, staff, and faculty can also check out the technology and equipment.

  • All technology and equipment is first come, first serve. 
  • All materials must be returned to the Desk they were checked out from. 
  • Renewals depend on the availability of the item. 

 

Scholar Support Desk 

At the Strozier Scholar Support Desk, the following technology is available for checkout. All the technology checked out from the Scholar Support Desk will be either a 2 hour or 4 hour loan.

Tech Desk @ Strozier 

At the Tech Desk at Strozier, the following technology is available for checkout. These materials are all 3-day loans.

Late and Replacement Fees

Our circulating materials have no late fees, but they all items have set replacement fees. Once an item goes lost, the scholar is charged a replacement fee. Once a replacement fee has been charged, the library may begin the process of ordering a new item. If a replacement has already been purchased, a refund will no longer be possible.
