Our answer:

Anyone can do research in FSU Special Collections & Archives! All users will be asked to fill out a registration form once a school year (August - July). Non-FSU users will also need to obtain a visitors pass to Strozier Library and may do so at the Guest Services Desk located in the main lobby.
