Q. I'm trying to renew my books online, but it won't let me. What's going on?

You can view the status of your borrowed items and renew them by logging into your library account.

Here are some reasons you might not be able to renew an item:

• If the item has been recalled so another person can borrow it
• If you have reached the renewal limit
• If it is a restricted item such as a periodical, technology, or an interlibrary loan
