Question:

Can I reserve a computer lab in the library?

Our answer:

Computer labs are primarily intended for the use of library-facilitated instruction and events. The room may not be used in lieu of regular class sessions.

If you are a course instructor and would like to schedule a library instruction session in a computer lab, contact your subject librarian.

Exceptions may be considered for non-library sponsored programs that relate to the academic mission of the university.

If you are looking to reserve a computer lab for something you believe is such an exception, contact the Instruction & Reference Librarian, Liz Dunne, at edunne@fsu.edu.
