Question:
I'm trying to put a book on hold, but it doesn't work.I put in my FSU card number and password, but it didn't accept it.

Our answer:

The following will apply anytime you need to log into your library account.

Make sure you use the Lib# at the bottom of your card and not the student number.

Also, make sure you're using your birth date (MM/DD) (if you haven't changed it) for your password. If you did change it and can't remember what it is, please contact us at 850-661-2890 or by e-mail.

FSU students, faculty, and staff:
Until you change it on YOUR LIBRARY ACCOUNT PAGE
(available after you log-in) please use your birth month and day
for your password in the format MMDD.
Examples: 0304 for March 4th, 1122 for November 22nd

Still have problems logging in?
